At Remifemin® (operated by TDDC - The Digital Distribution Company INC., “TDDC”), we respect your privacy choices. This page explains how California residents — and residents of other U.S. states with similar laws — can (1) opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information and (2) limit the use of their sensitive personal information.

1. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like many online retailers, we use advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) that may share certain information — such as device identifiers and browsing activity — with advertising partners to deliver and measure ads. 2. Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Because Remifemin® is a menopause dietary supplement, the information you provide may reveal details about your health or life stage, which may be considered “sensitive personal information.” We already limit our use of this information to providing the products and services you request (such as fulfilling your order and customer service). You may ask us to confirm and apply this limitation at any time using the options below.

3. How to Exercise Your Choices

1. Email us at info@tryremifemin.com with the subject line “Privacy Choices,” tell us whether you want to opt out of sale/sharing, limit the use of sensitive information, or both, and include the email address associated with your activity so we can apply your request.

2. Adjust your cookie choices through the cookie-preferences tool on the Site, where available.

3. Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we honor GPC as a valid opt-out request where required by law.

You do not need to create an account to exercise these choices. We will process your request within 15 business days and will not sell or share your personal information for at least 12 months, after which you may be asked to renew your choice. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require reasonable proof of authorization.
